89.3 The Current and the Citizens League Present Policy and a Pint with Thomas Goetz, editor of WIRED magazine, February 18 in the UBS Forum at Minnesota Public Radio

Feb 11, 2010

WHAT: Join 89.3 The Current host Steve Seel and the Citizens League as they welcome Thomas Goetz, editor of WIRED magazine and author of "The Decision Tree."

There is much talk about health and health care these days, but what would you say if someone suggested you take charge of your own health through modern technology and even iPhone apps? That's the suggestion made by Goetz in "The Decision Tree." He says there's plenty of science to suggest personal accountability makes a lot of difference in helping us make better choices, and simple technology to help us toward that end is all around us.
