About Jeremy Messersmith
Named by City Pages as the "premier under-30 songwriter in the Twin Cities," Jeremy Messersmith has charmed audiences with his electro pop ballads since his 2005 debut The Alcatraz Kid. Featured on NPR, MTV, ABC's Ugly Betty, and college radio stations around the country, Messersmith is gaining even more renown with his latest release The Reluctant Graveyard--an album that sonically charts his '60s chamber pop path.

About The Current Road Trip
Throughout 2010-2011, The Current will hit the pavement with "The Current Road Trip"--a concert series that brings the best of the Twin Cities' music scene to all corners of the state. The Current Road Trip is made possible in part by the Minnesota Legacy Amendment's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
