WHAT: Join 89.3 The Current host Steve Seel and the Citizens League as they welcome Tom Gillaspy, Minnesota State Demographer.
For this installment of "Policy and a Pint: The Talent Gap, Rochester," Tom Gillaspy will explain a new study suggesting that Rochester has the job growth to outpace New York, Boston the Twin Cities to the north. He will discuss whether the southern Minnesota city has the capacity to attract and retain new workers looking to prosper in the workforce.

"Policy and a Pint" is an ongoing series co-sponsored by Minnesota Public Radio's 89.3 The Current and Citizens League. The series' goal is to provide an informal setting for the public to come and discuss important policy issues with community leaders and thinkers.
