Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media Names Kathy Golbuff Vice President of Underwriting Sales

(St. Paul, Minn.)--November 10, 2011-- Minnesota Public Radio and American Public Media has named Kathy Golbuff Vice President for Underwriting. Golbuff oversees regional and national sales teams as they secure on-air and online funding from more than 1500 businesses for the three MPR programming services and APM national programming.

Golbuff joined MPR and APM in 2002 as a Senior Account Executive and also served as Managing Director for Underwriting. Prior to joining MPR, Golbuff spent 20 years in marketing, sales and sales management for Minneapolis based CBS television and radio and Clear Channel radio. She also serves on the Pillsbury committee of the WCA Foundation and volunteers at Open Arms. A lifelong resident of Minneapolis, Golbuff attended Holy Angeles Academy and the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus.
