About Krista Tippett
Krista Tippett hosts On Being, a Peabody award-winning radio program that addresses the big questions: What does it mean to be human? How do we want to live? Tippet grew up in Oklahoma, the granddaughter of a Southern Baptist preacher. She spent most of her 20s in divided Berlin, reporting for The New York Times and the BBC, among others, then returned to the U.S. to pursue a M.Div. from Yale. Upon graduating, she saw "a black hole" where intelligent coverage of religion should be and envisioned radio conversations about the spiritual and intellectual content of faith. She created The Civil Conversations Project, a public forum providing ideas and tools for healing our fractured civic spaces. Each season, Krista Tippett has engaged thought leaders who are modeling new kinds of conversation and relationships across important differences. She has written two books: Speaking on Faith and Einstein's God.

About Chris Koza
Chris Koza is a singer-songwriter-composer living and working in Minneapolis. Critics have taken note ranging from local press: "The man's got 'pop' down!" (Minnesota Monthly) to national attention: Paste Magazine calls Rogue Valley one of Minnesota's best bands. Over the last several years, Koza and his band Rogue Valley have released a total of nine albums and EP's. In addition to writing and recording his own music, Koza is also involved with co-writing and arranging songs with other artists, and is exploring commercial and film opportunities. Koza's songs have been featured on numerous televisions. Most recently, Rogue Valley's "The Wolves and the Ravens" was prominently featured in the new Ben Stiller film The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
